Three little animals decided to construct their very own homes. The youngest pig was lazy and built his shelter out of hay. The middle pig was a little more hardworking and built his house out of sticks. The third pig was very diligent and built his house out of solid stone.
{Soon after|Not long|One day, ahungry wolf came along.{ He wanted to eat the pigs! He went to the smallest pig's house and shouted, "Little pig, let me in!|Piggy, piggy, let me in!" The youngest pig cried, "No, no, not by the hair on my chinny chin chin!" But the wolf was too strong. He blew down the house of wood and the smallest read aloud pig ran to his brother's/friend's house.
- The wolf followed him and asked again, "Little pigs, let me in!" The two little pigs answered, "No, no, not by the hair on our chinny chin chins!" But the wolf was too strong. He knocked over the house of planks and both pigs ran to the third pig's house.
- The big bad wolf followed them and said, "Little pigs, let me in!" But the third pig replied, "{Not by the hair on my chinny chin chin!" The wolf attempted to blow down the house of wood but he couldn't. He was angry. Finally, he jumped up the pipe but he fell into a pot of hot soup and cooked himself to death.
The three brothers were safe at last. They lived happily ever after in the sturdy wood house, {learning that it is important to be careful and prepare for the future..

The second pig was a bit more dedicated and built his house out of branches. However, the third pig was very intelligent and decided to build his house out of strong, sturdy stone.
One day, a big, bad wolf arrived looking for a snack. He came to the first pig's house and exhaled and wheezed until the straw house fell down. The frightened pig ran to his brother's house made of branches.
The wolf followed him and, with a few more exhalations, blew the branches house down as well. Both pigs fled to their brother's house made of concrete. The wolf, determined to get his way, tried the brick house, but he couldn't to blow it down.
Frustrated, the wolf tried to climb down the chimney, but the clever third pig had a pot of hot water waiting for him. The wolf fell into the pot and screamed in pain.
The three little pigs were safe at last! They learned that it is important to be careful and put in effort. From then on, they continued to live together in their sturdy brick house.
